What you give us

If you fill in the seat request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, practice name, city, state and ZIP code, whether your practice offers spinal decompression, whether you plan to bring a guest, and how you heard about us. We use them only to review your request, contact you about The Chiro Event, and arrange your seat and hotel suite if one is available.

What is collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tell us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us, and let us show relevant advertising on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. You can limit this with your browser's privacy settings, by blocking third-party cookies, or through Meta's and Google's ad settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our events, such as the tools above and the spreadsheet service that stores form requests, and only for those purposes.
